I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and tidy, equipped with all modern conveniences, and offered brilliant views of the lifting bridge and water. The pool area was fantastic, and all of this for £500 was superb value for money.

The service was top-notch, with very nice staff. However, the restaurant could use some improvements both in terms of food quality and service standards. Despite this, the staff provided five-star service with a natural and friendly approach. The only downside was being sold the room for a much higher price.

The location couldn't be better! Situated in the middle of Tisno, within a 10-minute walk to excellent restaurants, right next to the bridge, and close to the main square. It was really nice being in the center of Tisno, right in front of the drawbridge.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. The food was very basic and not too tasty, and there was strange music playing at night in the buffet area. The price paid didn't reflect the quality offered, and it was disappointing that the hotel didn't accept American Express despite making a non-refundable reservation with this credit card. On the bright side, the homemade marmalade was really delicious, and the waiter was super nice.

The hotel offers nicely decorated and relatively clean rooms, though non-residents seem to use the facilities too. The service is friendly and accommodating, with new and inexperienced staff providing excellent service. The location is superb, right in the heart of beautiful Tisno with easy access to restaurants and a view of the drawbridge. However, the dining experience may need improvement, as wait times for basic pasta were long with poor communication from staff.
