I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and tidy, equipped with all modern conveniences, and offered brilliant views of the lifting bridge and water. The pool area was fantastic, and all of this for £500 was superb value for money.
The hotel offers nicely decorated and relatively clean rooms, though non-residents seem to use the facilities too. The service is friendly and accommodating, with new and inexperienced staff providing excellent service. The location is superb, right in the heart of beautiful Tisno with easy access to restaurants and a view of the drawbridge. However, the dining experience may need improvement, as wait times for basic pasta were long with poor communication from staff.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, although the air-conditioning could be better. Service was highly professional and helpful, providing a five-star plus experience. The location is a big plus, right in the center of town with lovely facilities. The dining experience was poor for the value, but the hotel offers other great amenities.
